The award is given to the organizations in each sector that have the highest commitment to customer service. For the Digital Channels category, it is the overall satisfaction of the case in customer service handled via chat or email.
For the most reliable results, data from at least 6 out of 12 months during the year, at least 1200 responses per organization (300 for employees) and only surveys answered in Swedish are required.
To celebrate as many customer service stars as possible, winners of the individual award are included in an exclusive Hall of Fame of past winners! However, you have the opportunity to win the award again after two years.
