Do you work in Brilliant’s employee survey platform? Congratulations! For you, we have loads of exciting features and updates planned in our 2026 roadmap 🎯✌️
Cross-analyze results Finally – in 2026 we’re developing the ability to cross-analyze results directly in the platform. This means you’ll easily be able to answer questions like: What do our female managers say? or How do newly hired managers perceive psychological safety? The feature will support both employee and customer surveys.
Employee view After a successful pilot with selected customers, we’re launching an employee view – a feature that allows employees to access their team’s results themselves, without having to rely on their manager to share them.
Segments Last fall, we launched “segments” in our customer survey product, enabling more flexible measurements that don’t rely on the primary organizational structure. In 2026, we’re bringing this capability to our employee survey product as well. This means you’ll easily be able to run onboarding surveys, candidate surveys, project follow-ups, manager surveys, board surveys – and much more.
Public API We’re also launching a public API that makes it possible to retrieve results, enabling smoother integrations with other systems. The API will first be released for our CX product and later for EX.
New product – for smaller organizations and teams In addition, we’re introducing a brand-new product – Beat – built to help smaller organizations and individual managers create engaged, high-performing teams, without the need for HR support or complex processes. Beat combines tailored questions with concrete activity suggestions and works in the background to strengthen energy, focus, and collaboration over time. This means Beat:
asks the right questions at the right time
captures early signals of engagement and work environment issues, so you can act proactively
provides automatic, practical activity suggestions for managers and teams
