Since 2009, Vasakronan has worked with Brilliant to strengthen leadership, engagement and organizational development. From insight to long-term development
For many years, Vasakronan has worked systematically with employee experience, leadership and organizational development. The goal has been to create a long-term and data-driven approach where insights are used as active support for both leadership and business.
Over time, needs have also changed. The platform needed to be easy to use for both HR and managers, while the organization wanted to be able to:

Vasakronan uses Brilliant's Engage platform for both pulse surveys and larger employee surveys. The platform is used to measure and follow developments in areas such as:

- leadership
- work environment
- team development
- follow-up of organizational changes
An important element for the HR team has been the user-friendliness of the platform.
"The portal is very easy to work in. It's easy for our managers to go in and look at their results and show the results to their teams," says Sara.
The ability to create your own questions directly in the platform has also made it easier to adapt the work to the current needs of the business.
Consultative support when the dialog becomes extra important
In addition to the platform, Vasakronan regularly uses Brilliant's consultants for analysis, feedback and workshops.
Every year, analysis reviews are conducted where Vasakronan receives support in interpreting the results and translating them into concrete priorities and dialogues in the organization.
In particularly challenging situations, such as groups with low psychological safety, conflicts or low confidence in leadership, external workshops have been an important support.
At the same time, Vasakronan has gradually built up an internal capacity to hold workshops itself and work on the results in the organization.
"When there is low psychological safety or concerns about anonymity, it can be very valuable to bring in someone from outside," says Sara.
