Brilliant Awards, Change Journey of the Year – we have a result

Congratulations to Fora and Almi – organisations which created real changes in their operations

Brilliant Awards are presented annually in order to highlight and praise the organisations that have succeeded in creating change and a high level of engagement. Fora and Almi are winners in the category of Change Journey of the Year, the companies which achieved the greatest positive development in, respectively, their customer reception and employee engagement between 2018-1019.

Earlier this year we announced the winners in the category of Employer of the Year within the respective areas of Customer Experience and Employee Experience. All of Brilliant Awards’ distinctions are based entirely on data. It is, respectively, the customers’ and the employees’ real  opinions about the organisation during the previous year that have been analysed.

“The winners of Change Journey of the Year have demonstrated the power in measuring the right type of data and acting on the outcome. They have created conditions to produce fantastic customer and employee experiences and furthermore released the potential in people,” says Andreas Ferm, CEO of Brilliant.

Data collection has been under way since January 2018 and is based on three million customer surveys and 240,000 employee surveys.

How to succeed with change management? A fast-paced webinar was broadcast live on 30 September where we were able to listen to these particular companies. What is the key to success and which concrete activities and measures have they focused on in achieving this positive development. This webinar was held in swedish and can be watched here.

  • Awards the companies in Sweden that have achieved the greatest positive development in customer reception in their customer service between 2018 and 2019.
  • Based on data from 130 companies and three million customer surveys, conducted in Sweden.
  • Data collection has been under way since 1 January 2018 up to the end of December 2019. All of Brilliant’s customers that meet the award’s criteria are automatically included in the selection.

  • Awards those who have achieved the greatest positive development in their employees’ engagement between 2018 and 2019.
  • Based on data from 90 companies and 240,00 employee surveys.
  • Data collection has been under way since 1 January 2018 up to the end of December 2019. All of Brilliant’s customers that meet the award’s criteria are automatically included in the selection.
