The list is based on quantitative data from millions of customer reviews and employee surveys which show, among other things, that Clas Ohlson, SPP, NCAB, and Svensk Handel are some of the most popular companies among their customers and employees.

We can now reveal which organisations take the best care of their customers and employees. The result of the Brilliant Awards is based entirely on quantitative data – customers’ and employees’ own experiences – and high on this year’s list are Clas Ohlson, SPP, NCAB and Svensk Handel.
