During this weeks Powered by People event, we had the honor of awarding Aditro, Munters and Academic Work as winners of the award. Companies completely different in terms of their business, but with similar focus on employee relations.
The inspirational event was held at Vasateatern in Stockholm and the main topic discussed was employee experience. Our long term friend and employer branding expert Anna Dyhre was the conference moderator, together with Brilliant’s CEO Stefan Wikström, they discussed the importance of a strong employer brand and companies’ ability to create strong employee experiences as a key success factor in today’s corporate life.

Employees demand better experiences at work, just as they demand good customer experiences. Companies that are able to create the best employee experiences are those who will manage to attract and retain their talent. This poses new demands on companies’ way of working with their employee relations.

In a way, align and integrate everything that affects how employees perceive their employer and their workplace into a framework where culture and values are at the center of everything the company does.
