The results are based on data from companies’ employee surveys, meaning that real employee perceptions – not subjective assessments – determine which organisations receive the awards.
- 280 companies and more than 290,000 employee responses form the basis of the awards
- A minimum response rate of 75% is required to participate
- Data is collected throughout 2025 and is based on employee data from approximately 70 countries
- The awards are presented in three categories:
- Employer of the Year across multiple industries
- Greatest Change Journey
- Best Leadership
