We believe in creating success through the power in people, and that it’s the people within the organisation that make true difference! That’s why we in 2017 launched Brilliant Awards, to honor and celebrate those organizations that fight for their employee- and customer relations, challenge themselves and that have been successful in creating change within their organisation.
Brilliant Awards is divided into two categories:
Employee Experience Award
Customer Experience Award
The awards are based on data from the companies’ employee and customer surveys, which means that it’s the employees’ and customers’ real perceptions, not subjective assessments, which determinates who wins the prestigious prize.
